Mentoring is one of the most valuable tools used by successful organizations to develop, motivate and retain staff, and research indicates mentoring is one of the most significant contributors to enhanced business performance available today.

This coursed is designed for HR professionals and Managers seeking to set-up mentoring programs in the organization. In this course, you will learn about the range of approaches to mentoring, the benefits of mentoring and how to get support and buy to mentoring programs.
