Agile is an iterative approach to software development and project management that helps teams to plan, design, check, and adjust iterations.This course in Agile Project Management provides a practical, scalable and repeatable methodology that achieves an ideal balance between the standards, rigour and visibility required for good project management, and the fast-pace, change and empowerment provided by agile.
